Traveling this Thanksgiving? Don't completely abandon your workout schedule. Everyone can sneak in a little exercise time when on holiday. Pack a jump rope and resistance band in your suitcase. They'll take up very little space and weight. Try just 5 minutes each morning of jumping rope. And, just 5 minutes of strength training with your resistance band.
