Perfect Potato Salad

This satisfying side dish is just perfect for a picnic!

Perfect Potato Salad:

Makes 10 to 12 servings

Ingredients:

- 5 pounds red potatoes

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp dry mustard

- dash of salt & pepper

 

Directions:

- Boil potatoes for 45 minutes on high.

- While still hot, remove potatoes and peel skin off.

- Cut potatoes into cubes and place in serving bowl.

- Add mayonnaise, mustard, and salt & pepper to taste.

- Refrigerate overnight.

- Before serving, add in 2 additional tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp dry mustard before serving, and a dash of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
