We've heard it time and time again, throw pillows are a great way to add color and change the look of a room. But where do you go from there? We've chosen an array of styles to make it easier for you to pick your pillows!

Let's start simple. Solid throw pillows are great because they are versatile. Pick your solids based on other patterns in your room; whether they're from other pillows, wall colors, curtains or the rug, find shades you really love and bring them out with your solids.

Whether it's a dyed satin stripe in yellow, a preppy, clean orange or a bohemian look, striped pillows coordinate well with other styles.

Any respectable sofa should boast at least some sort of pattern (we don't suggest these if your couch is patterned, however).

Nothing says classic like black and white. Throw these on chairs in your living room; it will create consistency in color, while the difference in pattern will keep things interesting.
